Thank you for visiting our website. Columbia Family Medical Group opened it’s doors here in Columbia over 30 years ago. We currently have 6 fulltime Family Practice physicians and one fulltime Physicians Assistant offering a full range of medical services and care. We see all ages as well. CFMG participates in most insurance plans, we use a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record, offer same day appointments in many cases, and have some evening appointments available. In addition we offer an illness only walk in clinic to our patients on Saturday mornings from 9am to 11:30am.

Setting us apart from many other clinics is the fact that one of our physicians is always on call for the patients in our practice and several of our physicians see the practices patients when they are hospitalized. Because we offer a very diverse group of providers we are sure you will find one here that fits you and the needs of your family.
